*Solex Carburetters, Rebuilt British Northwest carburetters are meticulously remanufactured to exacting specification by in-house British Northwest specialists. We fit a new spindle and butterfly, accelerator pump diaphragm and float, and new bronze bushes are fitted to throttle body, then hand reamed and honed. Spindle diameters vary as much as 2.5 thousanths of an inch, so we hand fit and align each spindle to the new bushes, and all body segments are matched to original specification tolerances. Fuel Tank, Auxilliary, Military-type tank extends the cruising range of the Land Rover. Mounts under driver's or passenger's seat of 88", or 109" regular. New unit, in kit form, comes complete with all bracketing, hoses, wiring, and fuel transfer valve, with switches to read fuel levels in either tank.
